Surviving Georgia is an intelligent, funny, moving and delightful romantic comedy starring some of Australia’s most loved actors from film and television including Pia Miranda, Holly Valance, Spencer McLaren and Caroline O’Connor with Shane Jacobson.
The score, which was written predominantly for strings, melodic percussion and piano, explores the themes of the film including loss and love, self discovery, resolution and happiness. I like to think it captures the romance and humour of the film and the performances herein. The score also includes the song 'All that you love' co-composed with and sung by the wonderful Abi Tucker.
